Station Road

Constructed around the turn of the last century, 35 Station Road was originally used as the presbytery to the adjoining Baptist Church and Sunday School. Number 37 Station Road is also reputed to have been originally used by the Church to accommodate visiting members of the clergy.

Work in earnest started on site in November 2018 and the programme finished in September 2019. All units have grade “A” energy-efficient gas central heating systems, acoustic and thermal insulation, wired fire alarm system and fire separation. All flats have been fitted with modern kitchens and bathrooms with high-quality fittings and carpets. The front facade has been refurbished with careful consideration to enhance existing features, the rear rendered in lime mortar to enable the structure to breathe and bin and bike storage has been provided.

These properties set a new standard of quality accommodation in this location and the block now consists of 1 x 1 bed, 8 x 2 bed, 1 x 3 bed and 1 x 4 bed apartments.
