Portfolio

The Company has an ambitious development programme which aims to deliver between 80 and 100 quality homes per year.

Our portfolio currently consists of a mix of properties from apartments through to 4 bedroom houses, fully refurbished to a high standard. Attention to detail is one attribute that enables us to provide a top quality product designed to meet the needs of our tenants whilst providing a positive impact in the areas that we operate.

Our acquisition programme will continue to target properties within the inner area, including end of life hotels or poor quality or poorly managed houses in multiple occupation. Wherever possible, our aim is to bring properties back into beneficial use, reduce densities of accommodation and manage out problems.

This is an exciting period in the development of the Company portfolio. We have acquired and are developing a number of properties and already have a small, but growing, portfolio, of properties to let.
