55-57 Banks Street
These properties are ex-hotels that have not been trading for several years and with known issues as a house of multiple occupancy for a period prior to acquisition.
6-8 Kirby Road
These two vacant terraced former hotels form part of a block of three circa 1900, prior to acquisition they were in poor condition internally with spalling brickwork and dropped masonry arches to the rear.
Kirby Road
The properties were originally a row of 5 guest houses owned by a consortium of family members, who were descendants of the property builders. Over the years the external appearance of the properties has deteriorated as the properties fell out of use, and Blackpool Council’s housing enforcement department have had cause for concern.
Park Road
A large traditional built semi-detached property originally used as holiday flats, with off-street parking facilities. The building until being purchased by Blackpool Housing Company was used as four x one bed and four x two-bed permanent apartments.
