Fees

An application fee is payable when you apply for the property. This fee is for the administration of processing your application, credit checks and for the production of your tenancy agreement.

If your application is declined by the landlord because another applicant has been successful but you passed all the reference and credit checks, your application fee can be used for the application on another My Blackpool Home property.

Should your application be accepted based on the information provided on the application form, but the referencing process reveals information that you have not previously disclosed (ie: a CCJ or Bankruptcy) based on which the landlord refused to authorise your tenancy, you will forfeit your application fee due to falsifying information.  It is therefore vital that you supply all information that may be relevant to your application.

If you choose to withdraw your application you will forfeit your application fee.

The credit check fee is £18.60 per applicant.

We do not charge for any additional admin fees.
