Please request a form from the Lytham Road Office
Payment by cheque or Postal Order should be sent to My Blackpool Home , 348-350 Lytham Road, Blackpool FY1 1DW. Please make your cheque payable to Blackpool Housing Company and write your account number and your address on the back. Ensure your cheque is crossed with the words Account Payee. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. If you require a receipt you must request one with the payment.

When you move into your property you will be provided with a Unique Payment Reference. Simply click on the pay your rent link above, have your payment card and a pen handy along with you unique payment reference number and follow the online steps, payments on line can be made 24 Hours a day.
If you do not have a unique payment reference number please contact a member of the My Blackpool Home team on 01253 477222 who will be able to provide you with your payment reference number.
Over the Phone
You can also make payments for rent over the phone with your payment card, please contact a member of the team on 01253 477222 between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

When you move in via My Blackpool Home we will provide you with a Unique Payment Reference Number (UPRN)
