The building undertook extensive structural alterations to achieve the best possible layout for each flat. New staircases were fitted saving the existing balustrades, where possible, to retain as much of the original character.
Each flat was stripped back to brick and everything was renewed including rewires, heating systems, full plastering, kitchens and bathrooms.
All units of accommodation exceeds the minimum room sizes as set out by the national space standards.
