Lee Burrell, Interim Managing Director
Lee has been appointed into the role of Interim Managing Director and has a proven track record in development, housing regeneration and property investment spanning over 25 years. Lee is responsible for the leadership and management of the company working closely with the Board and leading the team to achieve the strategic direction, vision and objectives of the company.
Lisa Murphy Director of Finance and Resources
Lisa joined the team in August 2023 on a secondment from Blackpool Coastal Housing and has almost 20 years of housing finance experience.
She began her accountancy career with Deloitte, specialising in corporate insolvency. After qualifying as an Accountant in 2005, Lisa joined Blackpool Council and was later appointed Head of Finance at its Arm’s Length Management Organisation, Blackpool Coastal Housing. She holds a degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Lisa is responsible for the strategic financial planning and reporting, statutory returns and resource planning across the company.
