David joins the company with a proven track record in regeneration, investment, service transformation, business development and growth within both the social and private housing sectors. At Blackpool Housing Company David has responsibility for the leadership and management of the company, working closely with the Board and leading the team to define the strategic direction, vision, aims and objectives as the Company develops and expands.
Lee has a background in development and regeneration spanning over 20 years and has worked on major town centre retail and housing projects. Lee is leading a team concentrating on delivering the development programme, which includes the acquisition and refurbishment of properties to the highest standards and the fulfilment of the development agency role on behalf of Blackpool Council.
Paul has joined Blackpool Housing Company with a wealth of experience in various financial management roles within the Social Housing and Adult Social Care Sectors and has worked at an Executive level for the past 18 years. He has gained Chartered Management Accountant status and holds a post graduate diploma in Business Administration from Manchester Business School. Paul is responsible for the financial planning and reporting, statutory returns and resource planning across the company.
Sarah is responsible for the property lettings and management functions for My Blackpool Home. Sarah and the My Blackpool Home team work closely with Landlords and tenants to provide a high standard of lettings and managed services. Helen has joined Blackpool Housing Company having previously gained 10 years’ experience working in various Finance and Business Support roles within the Social Housing sector. Helen is responsible for developing the financial and housing management systems for the company and will be working closely with the My Blackpool Home team to promote and develop the brand.
Paul has worked within the construction industry for 34 years, dealing with new build and refurbishment contracts. Working with his team of Project Managers and the Property & Acquisitions Manager, Paul is now responsible for the delivery of quality housing, taking into account social impact and local regeneration. Paul aims to enhance the lives of local residents by improving the living standards for the area.
The Development Team play an important role in ensuring the acquisition and development programme encompass the ambitious design standards set by Blackpool Council for property that is being converted from former holiday to residential accommodation.
Sarah’s background is in regeneration and economic development and has gained experience in project management working in both the public and private sectors. Sarah is responsible for fulfilling the Development Agency Role on behalf of Blackpool Housing Company by providing a management service to Blackpool Council for their major housing regeneration projects across the town.
