David Galvin, Managing Director
David joins the company with a proven track record in regeneration, investment, service transformation, business development and growth within both the social and private housing sectors. At Blackpool Housing Company David has responsibility for the leadership and management of the company, working closely with the Board and leading the team to define the strategic direction, vision, aims, and objectives as the Company develops and expands.
Lee Burrell, Development Director
Lee has a background in development and regeneration spanning over 20 years and has worked on major town centre retail and housing projects. Lee is leading a team concentrating on delivering the development programme, which includes the acquisition and refurbishment of properties to the highest standards and the fulfilment of the development agency role on behalf of Blackpool Council.
Lisa Murphy Director of Finance and Resources
Lisa joined the team in August 2023 on a secondment from Blackpool Coastal Housing and has almost 20 years of housing finance experience.
She began her accountancy career with Deloitte, specialising in corporate insolvency. After qualifying as an Accountant in 2005, Lisa joined Blackpool Council and was later appointed Head of Finance at its Arm’s Length Management Organisation, Blackpool Coastal Housing. She holds a degree in Accountancy and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Lisa is responsible for the strategic financial planning and reporting, statutory returns and resource planning across the company.
