The team is based at Housing Options Chapel Street and our main aim is to move customers that are referred via the Housing Options service into the private rented sector.
We aim to ensure individuals and households receive the appropriate assistance and ongoing support to secure and maintain stable accommodation in the private rented sector. The team co-ordinates referrals and the lettings process on behalf of the individuals and households accessing Housing Options.
