The development focused on a number of key areas to include restoring the properties to retain or repair original features and to ensure all development works comply with current Building Regulations to ensure a high quality finish and a safe and secure living environment.
Upon completion in January 2019, the development provided five x 4 bedroom maisonettes, six x 2 bedroom apartments and two x 1 bedroom apartments for rental.
