Internally, a soft strip of all flats was completed which included the full removal of carpets, curtains, building wardrobes, bathrooms and internal doors, retaining the existing kitchens but, renewing the appliances. In addition, the communal areas were stripped back accordingly. We carried out a full refurbishment of each flat, consisting of new bathrooms, minor M&E works, new entrance doors, internal joinery, minor plastering as well as decoration and carpets/vinyl throughout. Externally, we replaced all upvc windows to the front elevation, including the main entrance door/frame. New GRP roofs were required to ensure the building is watertight and encapsulate the low-level brick cladding utilising a render system and decoration.
