The property, formally a non-trading hotel, was transformed into seven self-contained apartments and one detached building to the rear in June 2019.

The building holds significant heritage value in Blackpool, as it was built at the same time as the winter gardens and has the same white faience tiles to the front elevation, which has been retained.

Each flat was stripped back to brick, everything renewed including rewires, heating systems, full plastering, kitchens and bathrooms, and all flats have been designed to offer maximum space and light in the property.

We aim to offer a new standard of accommodation that sets new standards for this area of Blackpool.  As with most of our larger schemes, bringing new services into the building was the most challenging not only financially but also expeditiously.
